I am a F

Recently at work, they had us take personality tests. I fell under an F.

What does that mean?

If interested take that test.

Factual
Factual Style Summary
The Factual is very thorough, analytical and meticulous. His or her quality of work is of the
highest standards and nears perfection.
However, this person is not a risk-taker and prefers tradition and status quo to change.
When faced with change, the Factual will passively resist and work even slower than usual.
When interacting in a team setting, the Factual will push others to exceed expectations

So basically, I refuse to move on from one section of the course until I get a 100%.
I am only on the beginning of the course, medical word building. And I am trying to memorize just the a's.
I REFUSE to move on without knowing each word perfectly.

So... It is taking me FOREVER to do one little section.

It frustrates me. But, in the end I know it is good. Because the better I do in this course, the better I will do at my job.

Back to flipping through flash cards for the 500th time.
